Zonal Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Deputy - Operations will be responsible for below key areas:

Revenue assurance of the branches and manage the cashflows by timely collections. Cost optimization while upkeeping the organizations quality standards. Innovate/mainstream value-added programs which will lead to new revenue lines and also adds value to customers. Control the customer churn and drive the desir excellence initiatives at branches. Achieve highest standards of operational excellence by continuous and by implementing sustainable practices in the field of operations. Drive customer satisfaction in all service aspects Forecasting and planning of key supplies for consumers on timely basis To be aware and comply statutory and regulatory norms of Education Industry and the state administrative bodies. Work collaboratively with regulators of the state/central Maintain relationships with all key stakeholder of the organization and must work collaboratively with relevant functional departments of the organization.

Candidate must have an entrepreneurial mindset. Team management skills are critical, where in candidate must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to empower the school administrators to perform in their best of their abilities. Must be a problem solver and must take decisions based on merit, logic and most importantly believes in customer centricity.

Preferred Qualification:

Candidate must have completed post-graduation in Management, preferably from Tier 1 or 2 colleges. Should have excellent communication and presentable attitude, multitasking and quick decision making knowledge required. Candidates from Education Administration and related qualifications will add value in selection process Candidate should be from customer focused service organization experience must.
