Zonal Project Manager responsible for branch rollout in line with the organizational deployment plan, including real estate and interior Fitout project management.
The role is responsible for adhering to the quality, timelines and the budget parameters laid by the organization.
(b) Adhere to the project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.
(c) Coordinate with stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver project scope.
(d) Share the project progress with the Central Project co Ordinator.
(e) Handover the project to the business post completion of the project and asset tagging.
(a) Identification, acquisition, and leasing of suitable branch locations in alignment with the companys expansion plans.
(b) Work closely with the real estate agencies, Central Real Estate team to ensure adherence to legal and statutory requirements. (Due diligence of the premises)
(c) Evaluate site readiness and resolve any issues related to site conditions, approvals, or third-party contractors.
(a) Lead interior Fitout activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines
(b) Collaborate with architects/contractors to optimize space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.
(a) Engage, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for real estate development and Fitout projects.
(b) Ensure that contractors meet deadlines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
(c) Monitor contractor performance and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
(a) Serve as the Zonal point of contact for all project-related communications within the zone.
(b) Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (IT, branding, HR & Zonal business teams) and external stakeholders (local authorities, Landlords).
(c) Regularly update Central RE & Infra team on project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
(d) Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
(a) Oversee quality inspections and ensure that all projects meet the companys high standards.
(b) Address any defects or quality concerns promptly to avoid delays and additional costs.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in real estate development and interior fit outs.
Proven track record of managing multi-site projects, preferably in the retail, banking, or corporate sectors.
2. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
3. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and real estate software.
4. Effective time management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
