Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance of assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies for fertilizer product sales, focusing on agricultural markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product launches or promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Fertilizers /Agro chemicals industry.
  • B.Sc (Agriculture), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a recognized university.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel management, marketing campaigns, and relationship building.
