Job Description

Role & responsibilities Basic statistics knowledge & ability to understand the complex supply chain network. Manages daily operational partnerships with plants, warehouses, or external suppliers. Experience with the Optimizer tool & SnOP process will be an added advantage. Knowledge of the master data parameters and their implications on the planning side. Knowledge of Inventory Management & Control. Drive cost savings/productivity initiative projects. Knowledge of PTPK/Freight AnalysisPrimary & Secondary. Support through data analytics in driving cost reduction initiatives. Distribution cost analysis and identify areas for improvements. Prepare monthly/weekly MIS reports with key insights. Good verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of SAP (MM, SD), advanced MS Excel skills, and a solid understanding of data analytics. Preferred candidate profile 47 years of experience in demand-supply planning, logistics, or related fields or consulting. Hands-on expertise in supply chain principles, inventory planning, and distribution network Strong skills in process execution and project management within logistics or broader supply chain functions. Proficient in Microsoft Office with good knowledge of ERP systems like SAP. Skilled in data mining, analysis, reporting, and solving complex problems with strong analytical thinking.
