As a General Manager / Zonal Lead Client Servicing, your role will involve overseeing client servicing operations and driving business growth within the assigned region. You will need to have a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, exceptional client relationship management skills, and proven expertise in leading high-performing teams. Your responsibilities will include managing key client relationships, delivering business targets, and ensuring operational excellence across client portfolios. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the regional client servicing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner in their growth. - Lead business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and cross-selling services. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns to ensure client satisfaction, service quality, and timely execution. - Manage a team of Client Servicing Managers, Executives, and Account Leads providing mentorship, performance feedback, and growth opportunities. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and client deliverables. - Own revenue, profitability, and client retention targets for the region. - Regularly review client portfolios and campaign performance to offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations. - Oversee brand budget allocations across various digital marketing channels. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends to ensure clients are leveraging the latest platforms and strategies. - Monitor analytics and performance dashboards for data-backed decision-making and campaign optimization. - Guide client teams on report analysis, insights generation, and ROI improvement initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred. - Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in client servicing, digital marketing strategy, and business leadership roles. Experience in agency or digital marketing firms preferred. - Skills: - Proven ability to manage large client portfolios and lead multi-functional teams. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. - Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in reporting tools and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Macros a plus). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining operational excellence. - Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.,
