Job Title: Cluster HR Executive

Job Description:
Dr. Aravind's IVF is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the growth of a high-performing healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
• Support performance appraisal systems and employee development.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 3 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
