Zonal Head (VP) Acquisition (Alliance & Partnership)

As an Alliance Manager, your role involves driving strategic alliances across the zone with banks (Banca), NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners through consultative B2B engagement. Additionally, you will present the company's capabilities across Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance. Your key responsibilities include driving innovation in partnership models to enhance market penetration, achieving zonal targets through partner channels, and monitoring and optimizing the performance of existing alliances. Furthermore, you will be required to develop and execute zonal business plans that are aligned with the national strategy. Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations is crucial. You will also need to resolve escalations and ensure smooth operations across partner touchpoints. Collaborating with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners, providing market intelligence, and competition mapping to influence product strategy are part of your responsibilities. In addition to the above, you will lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives.
