Zonal Head-Last Mile (Central) Hyderabad

The role of Zonal Head - Last Mile ValMo at Meesho's Fulfilment and Experience team is a pivotal position that will allow you to be at the forefront of shaping the experience for the next billion e-commerce users in the country. You will be leading a team to expand the last mile network for LAAP, onboarding partners for last-mile delivery, and taking ownership of service and cost metrics for first mile and middle mile operations. Additionally, you will be managing a team of cluster managers and leads to drive the vision of the network, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Your responsibilities will include owning the onboarding and training of new partners, tracking and managing the performance of different partners in your cluster, ensuring compliance with operational processes, driving key operational metrics end-to-end to achieve performance targets, and managing a distributed team of cluster managers. You will also contribute to the product roadmap for enhancing operational technology, as well as oversee the implementation of overall ops and network design on the ground. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a premium college and have 5-7 years of experience in the e-commerce logistics domain. Experience in partner onboarding and training in the first mile and mother hub operations, as well as in hiring and managing a distributed operations team, will be essential. Exposure to control tower and field operations will be considered a plus.
