• Handle

  administrative responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure training needs are met.
• Act as the

  key point of contact for local stakeholders and management

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in

  collections/credit recovery

  , with

  at least 2 years in a managerial role

  .
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Proficiency in

  handling high-volume team

  s and achieving performance goals.
• Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh market and

  local language fluency preferred
