Zonal Business Manager-Forex

You will be joining Muthoot FinCorp Limited (MFL), the flagship company of the Muthoot Pappachan Group, known for its leadership in the gold loans business. As the Zonal Business Manager - Forex for Karnataka, you will hold a full-time on-site role with the responsibility of overseeing and managing the forex operations in your designated region. Your main duties will include: - Managing and supervising forex operations within the region - Ensuring the achievement of Region FX Revenue targets and overseeing the delivery of Forex cluster & individual FX-officer business commitments - Handling a Cluster under your direct supervision - Taking charge of Forex Business (Travel care/Remittance & Bank Notes) & revenue responsibility of Branch-Retail & Eco partner channel business - Executing Bulk purchase/Bulk sales & small corporate Sales for the Cluster - Onboarding direct sales segments like educational consultants, Tour Operators, Hotels, Travel & Money transfer agents, FFMC/AD-II, and Bankers business relationships for Travel Card/Bank Notes, Outward remittances AD-I & II - Providing support to non-license branches in understanding forex outward remittance and ensuring the delivery of commitments - Coordinating with the BDE team to drive considerable business by explaining incentive benefits - Building relationships with Bankers to secure Empanelment from bank FED - Initiating region-level business drive campaigns with R&R, ensuring performance reviews, and recruiting suitable resources to build the team - Establishing and overseeing a Wholesale desk (WS-Desk) and monitoring its revenue and functions to facilitate branch business - Collaborating with RM/AM and Zona/HO team to enhance retail forex & outward remittance business across branch counters (license & non-License branches) - Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining product hygiene at all levels - Conducting branch visits and providing training on Fx business when necessary, either in-house or in groups Qualifications required for this role: - Strong Analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Experience in the financial industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree Join Muthoot FinCorp Limited and be a part of a dynamic environment that values your skills and expertise in driving forex operations to new heights.,
