Job Description

You are an experienced leader with a strong track record in Zoho implementations, solution architecture, and pre-sales activities. Your role involves guiding the Zoho practice, demonstrating deep expertise across the Zoho suite, and leading teams to drive business growth by delivering innovative Zoho solutions to clients. In Zoho implementation, you will be responsible for documenting and analyzing business processes, evaluating their efficiency, and making modifications to enhance efficiency. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless implementation of Zoho software. For Zoho pre-sales, you will need to understand client needs and challenges, design customized solutions, and present them to clients. You will work closely with sales teams to develop strategies, guide customers through decision-making processes, and provide expert advice on customer experience strategy. Additionally, you will support the implementation team during solution roll-outs. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, the offered CTC is 28 to 30 LPA. The desired qualifications include B.Tech/BCA along with an MBA/PGD. The ideal notice period for this role is immediate to one month.,
