As a Zoho Applications Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing various Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One products. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and configuring custom modules, workflows, automations, and reports within the Zoho ecosystem. Integration of Zoho with third-party applications through APIs and Deluge scripting will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In the event of technical issues related to Zoho applications, you will troubleshoot and resolve them to ensure seamless operations. Participation in the complete software development life cycle, encompassing testing, deployment, and maintenance of Zoho applications, will be crucial to your role. Providing training and continuous support to clients regarding Zoho products and tailored solutions will also be part of your duties. It is essential to stay abreast of the latest developments on the Zoho platform, adhere to best practices, and keep an eye on emerging trends in the industry. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong grasp of Deluge scripting and Zoho's API. Experience in integrating third-party systems using APIs such as REST and SOAP will be advantageous. Familiarity with Zoho Analytics, WorkDrive, and other Zoho applications would be a plus.
