As a Coordinator at Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad, your role will involve managing shift rosters for a team of 25+ members supporting 24x7 and 16x5 operations within the Technology Risk Management (TRM) function. Your responsibilities will include coordinating team activities, tracking vacation schedules, managing time-off requests, generating SLA reports, and ensuring seamless operations across core TRM areas such as Information Security, Security Operations Center, Identity, Directory & Access Management, Cloud & Application Security, and Insider Risk/Data Protection. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, maintain, and optimize shift rosters for a 25+ member team supporting 24x7 and 16x5 service models. - Coordinate daily team activities, track transition progress, and facilitate smooth handovers between shifts and teams. - Monitor and report on periodic operational and maintenance activities, SLAs, incident management, and team issue resolution. - Coordinate knowledge transition sessions across TRM InfoSec and IDAM functions. - Maintain WIKI and perform quality checks of KBAs and SOPs for excellent quality outputs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges. - Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and self-service tools. - Take direction from US-Based CISO and heads of TRM Services. - Interact with US-based TRM team and leads from various technology domains. **Qualifications Required:** - University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT operations, with 3 years in a leadership role managing operational teams. - Experience in coordinating 24x7 and 16x5 support coverage within a global team environment. - Proficiency in ITSM processes, tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Teams). - Familiarity with key TRM functions like InfoSec, IDAM, Cloud Security, and Insider Risk Management. - Strong organizational skills, ability to drive process improvements, and familiarity with knowledge management practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. **Additional Details:** - The role does not have financial accountability. - Approximately 20-25 ZICC colleague members of the IDAM team will be supervised. - Availability to work between 1pm IST to 10pm IST hours with a minimum of 3 hours of daily overlap with US ET Time zone. Note: This role focuses on operational and coordination tasks rather than hands-on technical work.
