Job Overview:- Narayan International Training and Consulting Private Limited is looking for a young and creative professional with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in YouTube video editing, reel creation, creative designing, and social media handling. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital content, trends, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities:- 🎥 Video Editing & Reels Edit YouTube videos (long & short format) with engaging visuals Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos Add effects, transitions, captions, background music, and branding elements Creative Design Design thumbnails, posters, banners, and social media creatives Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms 📱 Social Media Management Post content regularly on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & other platforms Handle basic engagement (comments, likes, shares) Support content planning and posting schedules Stay updated with social media trends and formats Required Skills & Tools 1–2 years of experience in video editing & social media content Working knowledge of: Filmora (mandatory) CorelDRAW / Canva / Photoshop (any one preferred) Understanding of YouTube & Instagram algorithms Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills Basic knowledge of audio syncing, color correction & subtitles Eligibility Young professional with 1–2 years of relevant experience Freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered Must be willing to work from office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
