Who We Are Looking For: We are hiring for a YouTube Manager + Editor who: Is based in Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Surat, or Ahmedabad Has prior experience managing or supporting a YouTube channel Is comfortable editing videos using a mobile phone Has created content on Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts with a good number of views Has a moderate social media following or has worked with content creators Can understand and write in English, Hindi, and a regional language (Tamil or Gujarati) Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow regional YouTube channels Edit and upload videos and shorts with proper titles, tags, and thumbnails Track video performance and suggest improvements Collaborate with content creators and internal teams Contribute to basic content writing and planning Skills Required: Mobile and basic video editing tools Understanding of YouTube and Instagram content trends Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic analytics Show more Show less
