Who We Are Looking For:

We are hiring for a YouTube Manager + Editor who:

• Is based in Bangalore and Chennai.
• Has prior experience managing or supporting a YouTube channel
• Is comfortable editing videos using a mobile phone
• Has created content on Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts with a good number of views
• Has a moderate social media following or has worked with content creators

English, Hindi, and Tamil language

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow regional YouTube channels
• Edit and upload videos and shorts with proper titles, tags, and thumbnails
• Track video performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with content creators and internal teams
• Contribute to basic content writing and planning

Skills Required:

• Mobile and basic video editing tools
• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram content trends
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic analytics
