We’re hiring a YouTube Manager to take ownership of our video publishing pipeline and channel growth. You will optimize content for SEO, create engaging playlists, and analyze performance. This is a part-time remote role ideal for someone who understands YouTube strategy and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and schedule long-form and short-form video content
• Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions
• Organize and manage video playlists
• Monitor analytics and suggest growth strategies
• Ensure content aligns with Ayurooms’ brand and messaging

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience managing YouTube channels
• Strong grasp of YouTube SEO and engagement tactics
• Proficiency with YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, or VidIQ
• Basic design skills for thumbnails (Canva preferred)
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
