Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a YouTube Channel Executive. The YouTube Channel Executive will manage and grow the company's YouTube channel, ensuring high-quality content production and optimization. Responsibilities include overseeing video production and editing tasks, monitoring analytics, refining audience engagement strategies, managing uploads, and implementing marketing campaigns tailored for the platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing processes
• Strong Communication and Marketing skills specific to digital platforms
• Experience working with YouTube, including an understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and optimization techniques
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively with creative teams
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Experience with kids' content production or digital entertainment is a plus
