What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategize, set up, and manage

  YouTube lead-generation campaigns

  inside Google Ads for webinars, VSL funnels, and call bookings.

• Handle budgets of

  at least $10k/month

  across client accounts with the goal of driving conversions, not vanity metrics.

• Work directly on

  audience targeting, creatives, scripts, landing page funnels, and scaling strategies

  to ensure ROI.

• Continuously

  analyze campaign data, optimize for CPL/CPA, and improve funnel performance

  .

• Stay ahead of YouTube trends, ad formats, and best practices for direct-response campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of direct YouTube Ads experience

  (conversion-focused campaigns, not just brand awareness).

• Demonstrated success in generating

  leads, webinar signups, or booked calls

  via YouTube Ads.

• Strong knowledge of

  Google Ads campaign setup, tracking, targeting, and optimization

  specifically for YouTube.

• Comfortable managing and scaling

  $10k+ monthly ad spend

  .

• Analytical mindset with the ability to

  interpret performance data

  and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Experience with info-products, coaching, consulting, or agency offers preferred.

Bonus Points If You

• Have written or tested YouTube ad scripts and creatives for VSL/webinar funnels.

• Are familiar with lead qualification processes and appointment-setting funnels.

• Have agency-side experience managing multiple client campaigns.
