Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and certified Yoga Teacher to join our wellness team and guide students in their journey toward physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of yoga techniques, and the ability to adapt sessions to meet a wide range of student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safe and effective yoga classes for individuals or groups of all skill levels.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and provide hands-on adjustments when appropriate.
• Design class sequences that align with student goals and energy levels.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment.
• Offer modifications and variations for poses to suit all levels and abilities.
• Educate students on yogic philosophy, breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio or teaching space.
• Build positive relationships with students and contribute to community growth.

Qualifications:

• Certified Yoga Teacher.
• Proven experience teaching various yoga styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa/ Ashtanga ).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for holistic wellness and personal development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable):

• Experience with meditation and mindfulness instruction.
• Knowledge of anatomy and injury prevention.
• Background in holistic health, nutrition, or Ayurveda.
