Yoga Teacher

You are a passionate and certified Yoga Instructor, responsible for leading engaging yoga sessions, helping students improve their practice, and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment. Your expertise in various yoga styles, strong communication skills, and ability to inspire students on their wellness journey are essential for this role. In this position, your key responsibilities include conducting yoga sessions tailored to different skill levels, demonstrating proper techniques such as correct postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. You will also need to modify poses and sequences for individuals with varying abilities, injuries, or special needs. Creating a supportive and motivating space that fosters personal growth and well-being is crucial, along with sharing knowledge of yoga philosophy, meditation, and the benefits of yoga. Safety is a priority, so monitoring students to prevent injuries and providing hands-on adjustments when necessary is part of your role. Additionally, maintaining studio cleanliness to ensure the yoga space remains clean, organized, and inviting is important. Continuous development of skills and staying current with yoga trends and best practices is expected. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum RYT-200 certification from a recognized yoga training program, such as Yoga Alliance. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required. A strong understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, and breathing techniques is necessary. Your communication skills should enable you to connect with students and create an inclusive, encouraging environment. Adaptability is key, as you must be capable of modifying routines to meet students" needs.
