Job Title:Yoga Trainer/ Instructor Location: Meerut Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: 1.Full-time 2.Part-time 3.Contract About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and certified Yoga Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of yoga techniques, breathing exercises, meditation, and fitness routines, along with the ability to guide participants of different age groups and fitness levels. Key Responsibilities: Conduct yoga sessions (group and/or individual) in alignment with participants’ needs. Guide students in asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practices. Customize sessions based on age, health conditions, and fitness goals. Ensure safety and correct posture alignment during sessions. Motivate participants to adopt a healthy lifestyle and maintain discipline. Keep up to date with yoga trends, techniques, and wellness practices. Assist in workshops, retreats, and wellness programs if required. Requirements: Certification in Yoga (e.g., RYT 200/300 or equivalent recognized certification). Proven experience as a Yoga Instructor/Trainer. Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and different yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle groups of varying sizes and capabilities. Passion for health, wellness, and personal development. Preferred Qualifications (optional): Experience in conducting online yoga classes.
