Key Responsibilities

• Lead Transformational Yoga Sessions:

  Conduct engaging, guided sessions (online and in-person) designed to help participants feel grounded, emotionally balanced, and mentally clear.

• Facilitate Emotional Awareness:

  Help individuals and couples release stress and restore harmony through mindful practices, breathwork, and reflective guidance.

• Adapt for All Levels:

  Tailor sessions to suit diverse participants - from beginners to regular practitioners.

• Foster a Supportive Community:

  Create a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for participants to connect and grow.

• Collaborate with the Wellness Team:

  Contribute to experiential wellness initiatives, retreats, and immersive events.

• Embody the Brand Ethos:

  Represent Dekoratus’ mission of promoting inner peace and positive relationships through mindful living.

Qualifications

• Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200 or higher) in Ashtanga, Hatha, or Vinyasa styles.
• Prior experience conducting

  live online yoga sessions

  , ideally early morning.
• Fluent in

  English and Hindi

  with strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to guide participants emotionally as well as physically - awareness of yogic philosophy, mindfulness, and energy balance.
• Passionate about

  holistic wellness, emotional intelligence, and conscious relationships.

• Experience leading workshops or retreats is a plus.
