Job Description

acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with high-net-worth (HNI) clients

Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for mapped clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
CASA Acquisition and Deepening:
Focus on acquiring new, high-quality current and savings accounts and increasing the balances within the existing portfolio through targeted "deepening" strategies.
Business Growth and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell a wide range of banking products, including investments (mutual funds, insurance), retail assets, FOREX, business banking, and cards, to generate fee income and increase the client's wallet share with the bank.
Financial Advisory:
Provide tailored financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI clients based on their needs, goals, and risk profiles.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed specific sales targets across various product categories and liability metrics.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all client interactions, sales activities, and documentation (such as KYC - Know Your Client) adhere to internal control systems, banking policies, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
Query Resolution:
Efficiently collaborate with internal teams to promptly address and resolve customer queries and issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
