Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Yarn Sales Manager to drive yarn sales across Tamil Nadu, focusing on a wide portfolio including lycra yarns, CSY (Compact Spun Yarn), core spun, blended, and customized yarns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile markets, customer requirements, and the ability to convert business leads into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales of various yarns including lycra, CSY, core spun, blends, and custom yarns. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with clients, processors, and distributors in Tamil Nadu. Identify market trends, new customer segments, and business opportunities in the region. Generate sales leads, follow up, and close deals to meet monthly and annual targets. Regularly travel across the state to visit customers and understand their needs. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and order execution. Handle price negotiations, order terms, and payment follow-ups. Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement and product customization. Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
