Xtrackers Sales Support Analyst

Role Overview: As a Sales Support Analyst at DWS Group, you will be a key member of the Xtrackers sales team, specifically focusing on the EMEA North and EMEA South teams. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the sales team with client enquiries related to ETF holdings, ETF and index analysis, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of various reports. You will also be responsible for managing tech and databases, setting up internal monitoring systems, handling RFPs, and updating presentations for specific markets. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the global Xtrackers sales team, specifically EMEA North and EMEA South, with client enquiries on ETF holdings and analysis - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of various ad hoc and regular reports for clients - Act as the team point person for tech and databases such as Aladdin, Bloomberg, and Salesforce - Set up and maintain internal databases to monitor net new assets, competitor products, and market launches - Manage and review RFPs, handle client tax information requests, and update market-specific presentations Qualifications Required: - University-level degree, MBA and/or CFA highly regarded - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint - Product knowledge of exchange traded products is an advantage - Deep interest in financial markets - Fluent in English, additional languages like Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish beneficial - Personal characteristics: self-starter, resourceful, team player, proactive, strong organizational and data analysis skills, excellent communication skills, high energy levels, flexible, strong work ethic Additional Company Details: DWS Group (DWS) aims to be a leading asset manager globally, offering integrated investment solutions across various asset classes.
