Xtrackers Sales Support Analyst

Your responsibilities will include assisting with client inquiries related to ETF holdings and analysis, managing timely reporting for clients, and serving as the point person for various tech platforms such as Aladdin, Bloomberg, and Salesforce. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining internal databases, monitoring competitor products, and contributing to the review of RFPs. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a university-level degree, with an MBA and/or CFA being highly regarded. Proficiency in MS Office applications, a deep interest in financial markets, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential. While product knowledge of exchange-traded products is an advantage, it is not required. Fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish being beneficial. As a Sales Support Analyst, you should be a self-starter, resourceful, and proactive with a strong work ethic and a sense of ownership and accountability.
