Who We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, feedback and support.
• Collaborating with SW-Architect and product owner to understand product requirements and define technical solutions.
• Designing and architecting scalable, maintainable and efficient software components.
• Implementing best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team.
• Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation.
• Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide regular status updates to Product owner and Team lead.
  

Skills

• Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and IT operations.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and managing of a team.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate the team.
• Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in programming languages, frameworks and technologies like Java spring; Vue, Gradle, Database, GitLab/Jenkins.
• Experience in Software design and architecture.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
• Experience with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies.
