Workspace Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Workspace Designer with good experience to join the creative team, in Bangalore . This role is ideal for a design professional who is passionate about creating modern, functional, and aesthetically appealing workspaces. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements, brand identity, and workspace functionality to develop customized design solutions. Create innovative and practical workspace design concepts, including layout plans and zoning strategies. Develop mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material boards to communicate design ideas effectively. Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans, furniture layouts, ceiling and electrical layouts. Generate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and select appropriate materials and finishes based on project needs. Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure that the execution aligns with the approved design. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or workspace design Proficiency in design and documentation software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office ; Photoshop Strong visualization and presentation skills Knowledge of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and lighting design in workspace interiors Understanding of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) as they relate to interior design Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach to design challenges Work Schedule: Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office Schedule: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Interested candidates may contact info@archestra.co / 93590 34327 or 96677 7077 for any additional information requirements.
