Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily workshop operations.
Allocate work to technicians and monitor performance and productivity.
Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets company quality standards.
Maintain records of service, repairs, parts used, and inventory.
Diagnose faults and provide technical guidance to technicians.
Coordinate with the procurement team for spare parts and materials.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards in the workshop.
Conduct periodic training for technicians to improve skills and efficiency.
Prepare and submit reports on workshop performance, costs, and utilization.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and reporting ability.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Technical proficiency with maintenance systems and tools.
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
