Should be expert in reviewing drawing w.r.t. design & specification for implementation at the site. On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at project sites to ensure work aligns with design plans and quality standards. Monitor the performance of contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with Design & Drawings. Conduct daily site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly. Team Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to maintain project progress. Communicate tasks, deadlines, and expectations clearly to Vendors & Contractors. Facilitate effective collaboration between all project stakeholders. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Perform quality checks at various stages to ensure the final deliverable meets client expectations. Address and resolve any discrepancies or non-conformities during execution. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions. Manage client expectations and address concerns professionally. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and schedules. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and client review. Ensure all changes and decisions are documented properly for future reference.

They will be responsible for providing for visualization, Still renders, short walkthroughs and presentation drawings. The role will involve creating visual representations of designs, incorporating graphics and lighting effects, and producing impressive concept & photo realistic illustrations. The role will involve collaborating with designers and other team members to develop the 3D visualizations. Role shall include: Understand and Incorporate materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and interior architectural elements. Follow design guidelines, build furniture material texture and lighting library. Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, capture, and BIM modelling tools with real time rendering solutions. Work with design team on projects to ensure quick and quality output. Must be able to work without supervision in all technical aspects starting from model creation to texture mapping and lighting. Qualifications Visualization, Graphics, and Design skills Experience in lighting and material applications in creating realistic visualizations. Proficiency in relevant software and tools Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in the commercial interior design industry is mandatory. Knowledge of modelling in 3D Max / Corona and photo editing in Photoshop is a plus. Skills in Upcoming platforms like AI Midjourney / Twin motion & Unreal Engine Rendering shall be preferred.

Monitoring the work of other designers and making recommendations or scheduling revisions as required. Design Coordination with Contractors and Suppliers.
