WORKSHOP MANAGER 4 WHEELER - JALNA

Overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality service for customer vehicles. Key duties include supervising technicians, managing workflow and scheduling, ensuring quality control, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory and budgets, and maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment.  Key responsibilities ·        Staff and Operations Management: ·        Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and staff.  ·        Delegate tasks and coordinate schedules to ensure timely project completion.  ·        Hire, train, and evaluate workshop staff.  ·        Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.  ·        Budget and Inventory Management: ·        Manage the workshop budget, control costs, and monitor performance metrics.  ·        Maintain and order inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.  ·        Quality and Safety: ·        Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.  ·        Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to maintain high standards.  ·        Ensure the workshop is clean, safe, and well-maintained. ·        Customer and Vendor Relations: ·        Act as a point of contact for clients, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction.  ·        Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services.  ·        Technical and Strategic Oversight: ·        Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.  ·        Stay updated on industry trends and new equipment.  ·        Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and equipment.
