Role Overview

We are looking for a Workshop Coordination Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility will be to connect with workshop registrants and ensure their participation by providing timely reminders and assistance. This role is key to maintaining effective communication and engagement with learners registered on the Unicliff platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Make reminder calls to registrants (students and working professionals) for upcoming Unicliff workshops.
• Inform participants about workshop schedules, joining links, and session details.
• Ensure every participant receives at least two reminders before the session.
• Maintain accurate call records and update participant details in the system.
• Address basic queries and escalate complex ones to the concerned team.
• Support the operations and academic teams in ensuring maximum workshop attendance.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle a large number of calls efficiently.
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/Excel preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or coordination roles will be an advantage.
