Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all operations of the foundry division, including copper and steel casting production.
Hands-on experience with induction furnace operations and centrifugal casting processes.
Ensure efficient factory management, including production planning, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
Manage manpower allocation, including shift production teams and labour supervision.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of foundry operations and casting processes.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize production schedules.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
