Responsibilities Understand business goals and align solution architectures accordingly Design solutions in alignment with Enterprise Architecture blueprints when applicable Apply cross-domain thinking, integrating various architectural patterns (microservices, serverless, event-driven designs) Leverage architecture best practices, including structured design processes, architecture quality frameworks, and viewpoint/view-based architecture descriptions Prepare and deliver critical solution architecture documents (e.g., Solution Architecture Document, Architecture Assessment Reports) Lead whiteboarding sessions and solution brainstorming workshops with customers and teams Requirements 11-23 years of IT experience, including 7+ years in Solution Architecture Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6/8/9, C#, Web API, Microservices Architecture, React JS/Angular, and Cloud-Native designs on Azure 3+ projects in a Solution Architecture capacity in the last 5 years Ability to think and design beyond primary technology domains, considering integration, security, and scalability Direct customer-facing experience in technical discussions, solution presentations, and architecture workshops Ability to conceptualize and architect solutions across multiple technology domains Strong design-thinking skills and a "solution assembly" mindset Hands-on experience in architecting new solutions from inception (greenfield projects) Capability to prepare detailed solution architecture deliverables (e.g., WBS, solution diagrams, architecture narratives) Practical knowledge of NFRs (Performance, Security, Scalability, Availability) and quality frameworks (Utility Trees, QAW) Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
