Role & responsibilities

Senior Architect :

Experience: Minimum 7 to 15 years of professional experience

Qualification: B.Arch. / M. Arch. / M.E. from recognised institute

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Architect interested in leading assigned projects for design-development,

2) High proficiency in CAD software, Sketch Up, M.S. office,

3) Prior experience of large scale High rise Residential projects & Health-care projects,

4) To co-ordinate with the Management & Design team to effectively convert design to detail design development drawings & GFC drawings,

5) To manage and mentor a team of junior architects, draftsmen by guiding in preparation of accurate, detailed technical GFC drawings as per the set standards and drafting systems of the Company & record-keeping of drawings/documents,

6) To check drawings of the subordinates and ensure timely submission of the same to the client/ consultants/ site,

7) To effectively coordinate with various consultants (Structure, MEP, Liaising Architect, EC, Landscape, Interior, vendors) to ensure timely delivery of drawings and details,

8) To coordinate with the site team to ensure that the execution aligns with the design intent and also complies with all necessary statutory requirements,

9) To visit project-sites as and when required to ensure adherence to the approved designs and quality standards,

10) Ability to handle multiple projects (minimum 3-4),

11) Good communication, interpersonal and decision making skills,

12) Good understanding of building codes, development regulations and local construction practices,

13) Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met with minimum escalations,

14) To attend the project coordination meetings with required documentation, drawings and information, whenever necessary,

Assistant Architect : (For Design Development Team)

Experience : Minimum 4 to 7 years

Qualification: Diploma in Architecture

Role & Responsibilities :

1) High proficiency in CAD software, M.S. office,

2) The candidate shall have thorough knowledge of Architectural Planning, working drawings as well as understanding of submission drawings,

3) Spatial visualisation ability with a clear understanding of structural systems and building services,

4) Good understanding and experience in preparing coordinated architectural working /GFC drawings as per the set standards and drafting systems of the Company,

5) Ability to coordinate with various consultants as per project requirements to get through the design development process within project time-lines,

6) Proactive, Good at interpersonal communication,

7) Ability to handle multiple projects (minimum 3-4),

8) To be able to collaborate effectively in Team-structure,

9) To coordinate with Team leader and Management including Design team,

10) Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and documents records. Manage drawing archives and retrieval processes,

11) To prepare measured drawing of existing structure/ site-details, if required,

12) Enhance skills and knowledge through training programs and professional development opportunities,

13) To visit project-sites as and when required to ensure adherence to the approved designs and quality standards.

Junior Architect : (For Design Development Team)

Experience : Minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience

Qualification: B.Arch., M.Arch., M.E.

Role & Responsibilities :

1) High proficiency in CAD software, M.S. office,

2) The candidate shall have thorough knowledge of Architectural Planning, working drawings as well as understanding of submission drawings,

3) Spatial visualisation ability with a clear understanding of structural systems and building services,

3) Good understanding and experience in preparing coordinated architectural working /GFC drawings as per the set standards and drafting systems of the Company,

4) Ability to coordinate with various consultants as per project requirements to get through the design development process within project time-lines,

Senior Draftsman : (For Design Development Team)

Experience : Minimum 8 to 12 years of working experience

Qualification: Architectural drafting course done from ITI or reputed institute

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Primary responsibility is to create technical 2D drawings based on sketches, details & specifications provided by architects & consultants,

2. High level proficiency in CAD software, M.S. office,

3. Ability to interpret sketches, designs by Architects, Designers and convert the same in technical architectural drawing form,

4. Preparing accurate, detailed technical GFC drawings as per the set standards and drafting systems of the Company,

5. Preparing and issuing coordinated architectural drawings within scheduled project

Time-lines ,

6. Attend the project coordination meetings with required documentation, drawings and information, whenever necessary,

7. To prepare measured drawing of existing structure/ site-details, if required,

8. To collaborate effectively in Team-structure,

9. To coordinate with Team leader, Asst. Architect and Management including Design team,

10. Good inter-personal, communication skills

11. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and records. Manage drawing archives and retrieval processes

12. Enhance skills and knowledge through training programs and professional development opportunities,

13. Ability to handle multiple projects (minimum 3-4).
