Role & responsibilities • Handle projects coordination with external consultants, in-house teams to deliver working drawings by getting involved in different meetings. • Prepare, review drawings such as Municipal proposals, Test fits. • Prepare, review various Statements such as Parking and Area - RERA, Construction, etc. • Prepare Schedule, MIS, MOM, Reports, etc. • Undertake Site visits as and when needed, carry out surveys. • Maintain Architecture related documentation, ISO file. • Should have knowledge of rules & regulations and codes. • Should be proficient in Architecture related software - AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, etc. besides Microsoft Office. - Prepare Design Schedule & Monitor for delivery weekly basis. Preferred candidate profile • Knowledge of latest market trends in architectural design and technology essential. • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop.

Role & responsibilities - Work on conceptual as well detailed working drawings of Interior Design/Architecture Projects/Furniture Design Projects. - Create 3D models/sketches/mood-boards as and when required. - Site visits and supervision on progress of work. - Coordination with agencies, customers and labors. - Researching and procuring material/products required on site. - Supervise work progress and timely management. - Work on BOQs, material lists and other similar calculative work. Preferred candidate profile - Proven working experience in designing and execution of architecture & interior spaces. - Should have either worked under an Interior design/Architecture firm or finished a few projects with full responsibility as an interior designer or a draughts-persons. - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design programs. - Should have basic sketching skills. - Should be fluent with Gujarati, Hindi and English language. - Communication and Presentation skills. - Project Management skills. - Good with team-work. - Preferred stay area of candidate: Between 15 KM radius of office location (Bopal-Ambli/Sindhu Bhavan Road).
