Co-ordination & value addition in schematic & design development stage

• Finalization of specifications & Amenities.

• Coordination for timely receipt of all working drawings

• Monitor/Review progress of work

• Identify the future road blocks and address the issues

• Create data bank for all types of consultant

• Coordination with contracts team for timely appointment of consultants.

• Conducting site visits and meetings and identifying & highlighting the roadblocks stakeholders.

• Ensure site execution as per define specifications

• Preparation of sales presentation, sales Plan & further handover

• RERA inputs RERA should be updated as per latest drawings.

• Review of drawings and documents needed for sanction through local authorities

• Review of drawings and documents needed for EC purpose

• Ensure execution friendly methodologies to FastTrack construction process.

• Market research for new materials & technologies.

• Specification optimization

• Ensure performance of all team members is documented submit monthly documented

• Knowledge of approvals (Building approval, EC, MOD, MHADA, etc.)

• All reports Timely submission, Correct formats, reporting accuracy

Our Requirement: •

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale residential and commercial projects.

• Expertise in design software

• In-depth knowledge of local bye-laws, NBC, DCR, and real estate regulatory frameworks

• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
