Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare
2D and 3D drawings
, layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
Develop
interior fit-out and furniture drawings
based on design concepts.
Create
joinery, ceiling, electrical, and plumbing layout drawings
as per project requirements.
Support design and technical teams in preparing
BOQ, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
.
Coordinate with
architects, interior designers, and site engineers
to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
Conduct
site visits
for measurements and verification of drawing details.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings and revisions as per project timelines.
Maintain drawing documentation and revision control as per company standards.
Use software tools efficiently to ensure
high-quality presentation and technical precision
.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
and
SketchUp
.
Working knowledge of
Revit Architecture
,
3ds Max
, and
V-Ray / Lumion
is an advantage.
Excellent understanding of
interior detailing, materials, finishes, and joinery
.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Detail-oriented with good visualization and design interpretation skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in
Architecture
,
Interior Design
, or equivalent field.
