You will be responsible for leading a team of Content Moderators whose role is analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual and you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, any role supporting content moderation needs strong resilience and coping skills. As an AWS Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing advanced reporting solutions and dashboards using AWS cloud technologies. You will leverage your expertise in data visualization tools, SQL, and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency while driving innovation in reporting processes.

What are we looking for? o8/10+ years of experience in Reporting, MIS, or Data Analytics.oProficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.oExpertise in AWS cloud technologies, including QuickSight for dashboard creation.oFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.oStrong understanding of programming concepts (e.g., JSON, Macros) and automation techniques.oAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.oExperience in leveraging AWS capabilities for forecasting, anomaly detection, and machine learning.oStrong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.oAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively and work under pressure.oProven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.oAnalytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.oSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.oFlexible and adaptable to changing business needs and environments.oCommitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes to drive strategic outcomes.oAbility to document and maintain process-related materials.oSkilled in summarizing and presenting insights from ad hoc data requests to support management, operations, and quality teams.oDetail-oriented with the ability to validate and verify data accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities: oDevelop and deliver complex reporting solutions, including scheduled and ad hoc reports, tailored to business needs.oBuild and optimize dashboards and reporting tools using AWS cloud-based solutions, including QuickSight.oUtilize SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight to create impactful reports and dashboards.oAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for operational metrics, reporting standards, and AWS-based reporting frameworks.oEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting outputs.oCollaborate with stakeholders, including Operations Managers, Workforce Management, and PMO teams, to gather requirements and deliver insights.oProvide forecasting, anomaly detection, and actionable insights using AWS capabilities, including machine learning tools.oAutomate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
