Job Description

As a Workforce Planning Analyst at Electronic Arts, you will report to the Director of Community Programs & Planning. Your role involves creating, maintaining, and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual staff planning projections for all frontline Community Care departments. You will analyze large historical datasets to ensure that operations teams are meeting targets and drive improvements across the organization. Your responsibilities include reviewing and improving planning processes, working with key stakeholders, and collaborating with various teams to support business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, maintain, and deliver staff planning projections for all frontline Community Care departments - Analyze historical datasets to drive improvements and ensure operational teams meet targets - Review and enhance planning processes for maximum effectiveness and efficiency - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure plans are up to date and aligned with business goals - Build strong relationships with operations, product, and project management teams - Identify analysis opportunities with Data Science and Insights teams to drive improvements - Deliver long-term planning outputs to leadership teams on a monthly and quarterly basis **Qualifications:** - Experience in Workforce Management at a multinational corporation - Minimum of 3 years in Workforce Planning for a team of 1000+ agents - Ability to switch between strategic forecasting and tactical planning in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and WFM software like Aspect - Knowledge of planning methodologies such as Erlang, Workload, and Shrinkage - Experience with forecasting, quantitative modeling, and scenario analysis - Proficiency in Tableau or similar analytics platforms for data analysis - Track record of meeting targets within tight deadlines At Electronic Arts, we are proud of our extensive portfolio of games and experiences, global locations, and growth opportunities.
