Workforce Management (WFM) Planning Analyst

As a Workforce Planning Analyst at Electronic Arts, you will play a crucial role in the Fan Growth department, reporting to the Director of Community Programs & Planning. To excel in this position, you should have a background in workforce management within a multinational corporation, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Planning for large teams. Your ability to navigate between strategic forecasting and tactical planning in a fast-paced environment will be essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI, along with familiarity with WFM tools such as Aspect, is required. Additionally, you should possess advanced knowledge of planning methodologies like Erlang and quantitative modeling techniques.
