Workday US Benefits - Senior Consultant

You will be joining CloudRock's HCM Workday consultancy team as a Lead Consultant in Workday US Benefits. Your role will involve providing exemplary service, support, advice, and delivery services to Workday clients. This position offers you the opportunity to grow with a global company that is rapidly expanding. **Responsibilities:** - Participate in consulting teams on client engagements and support the AMS customer base with more complex requests. - Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of multiple HCM functional areas, focusing on US Benefits and Benefits modules of Workday. - Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with clients and provide advice on best practices in Benefits and US Benefits, including interactions with other areas. - Identify creative solutions to problems through research and practice. - Contribute to practice building activities and mentor junior team members. **Mandatory Experience:** - 5+ years of Workday configuration experience, specializing in Workday US Benefits with a minimum of 3 years in Workday Benefits and US Benefits. - Proficiency in Benefits data migration, Benefits EIB data loads, and Workday Methodology. - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Experience working with international customers and solutioning Workday US benefits projects. **Desired Experience:** - Workday Certifications in Workday Benefits and at least one other area. - Experience in multiple end-to-end Workday Projects. **Necessary Skills:** - Fluent written and spoken English. - Strong presentation and consulting skills with experience in leading calls and workshops. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
