Workday Timekeeping and Absence

You have a great opportunity to join Teknikoz with the following job description: Role Overview: You will be required to possess a Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence, along with a relevant experience of at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Timekeeping and Absence modules. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary subject matter expert for the Workday Timekeeping and Absence modules throughout the implementation and rollout phases. - Collaborate closely with Workday implementation partners and internal project teams to ensure precise module setup, testing, and deployment. - Lead and engage in crucial implementation activities such as business process design, configuration, prototyping, test script development and execution, data validation and migration, security and access reviews. - Identify and resolve issues pertaining to module functionality, data integrity, integrations, and compliance. - Create and deliver training materials and user documentation tailored to different end-user groups. - Support change management initiatives and offer hypercare during and after the go-live phase. - Monitor module adoption and performance, and provide recommendations for optimizations and enhancements. - Keep abreast of Workday releases and new features affecting Time and Absence modules. Qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. - Possess over 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, including a minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of Timekeeping and Absence modules. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR, Time & Attendance, and Leave policies along with compliance requirements. - Have experience working in cross-functional global project teams. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Possess a Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence.,
