Workday Timekeeping and Absence

As an experienced professional with over 5 years of experience, your role at Teknikoz will involve being the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Timekeeping and Absence modules during the implementation and rollout phases. You will work closely with Workday implementation partners and internal project teams to ensure accurate module setup, testing, and deployment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary SME for the Workday Timekeeping and Absence modules - Collaborating with implementation partners and project teams for accurate module setup, testing, and deployment - Leading key implementation activities such as business process design, configuration, testing, data migration, and security reviews - Identifying and resolving issues related to module functionality, data integrity, integrations, and compliance - Developing and delivering training materials and user documentation - Supporting change management efforts and providing hypercare during and after go-live - Monitoring module adoption and performance, recommending optimizations and enhancements - Staying up to date with Workday releases and new features impacting Time and Absence modules To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field - 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Timekeeping and Absence modules - Strong understanding of HR, Time & Attendance, and Leave policies and compliance requirements - Experience working in cross-functional global project teams - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence At Teknikoz, you will be part of a dynamic team that values expertise and innovation in Workday solutions.,
