Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of Workday reports including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboards.
Own and manage the Workday Prism Analytics platform including data ingestion, modeling, and visualization.
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
Design and build scalable Prism data pipelines and datasets from Workday and external sources.
Maintain and optimize existing reports, dashboards, and Prism datasets for performance and accuracy.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations using data analysis and visualizations.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices within Workday and Prism.
Support Workday releases, testing, and adoption of new features related to reporting and analytics.
Train and mentor team members or business users on Workday reporting tools and best practices.
