In this position, you will be working with the People Analytics team at Google, contributing to data-driven decision-making within the HR organization. You will be engaged in analyzing data to ensure Google remains a great place to work, focusing on organizational health and utilizing feedback to drive positive changes. As an analyst, you will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a curious mindset, always exploring innovative solutions. The People Operations team at Google is known for its commitment to excellence in bringing innovative individuals to the company and enhancing their overall experience through various programs. Your role will involve advancing diversity, accessibility, equity, and inclusivity at Google through strategic HR practices such as hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion initiatives. Key responsibilities in this role include managing Google's Human Capital Management (HCM) system in collaboration with People Operations (POps) and engineering. This involves overseeing software updates, solution design, configuration, training, communications, and feature roadmap prioritization. You will drive stakeholder engagement, ensure alignment of Workday with HR best practices, develop project plans, and identify functionality enhancements based on customer needs, including international users. Collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and Vendors, you will create detailed product requirements documents and contribute to the realization of new system features.,
