Workday Prism Analytics and Reporting Consultant

Role Overview: As a Workday Prism Analytics and Reporting Consultant in HR IT at Deutsche Bank, your primary focus will be on HR data and the Workday domain, specifically Prism and Reporting. You will be responsible for understanding HR data transformation using Workday Prism, Reporting, and Core Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Additionally, you will oversee technical resources, manage solution financials, drive staff development, and ensure the delivery of quality outcomes across HR IT projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of user reporting needs and suggest implementation strategies utilizing Workday tools. - Design, develop, and optimize data visualization tools and reports to align with business requirements. - Create and configure metadata objects to enhance reporting capabilities. - Collaborate with ETL developers on report design strategies and work with application analysts to identify source data systems. - Propose innovative reporting solutions based on cost, effectiveness, and data availability. - Address technical and business challenges, effectively communicating solutions. - Prototype demonstrations for stakeholders and senior leaders. - Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for troubleshooting, Production Support, and BI-driven problem-solving. - Supervise and lead staff when required. - Manage security setup and maintenance for data visualization tools, coordinating with central security teams. - Develop project timelines, documentation, and training materials. - Offer post-implementation support and fine-tune processes. - Maintain open communication with management and users throughout development cycles. - Coordinate user activities to ensure data and system integrity. Qualifications Required: - Design, build, and maintain data pipelines/transformations in Workday Prism Analytics. - Translate business requirements into scalable Prism solutions. - Optimize Prism workloads for performance and efficiency. - Integrate data from diverse sources into Workday Prism accurately. - Develop ETL processes for reporting and analytics. - Create reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday tools. - Deliver actionable insights and ad hoc analyses as needed. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to address data needs. - Train users to enhance Prism Analytics adoption. - Ensure adherence to data governance policies. - Stay informed on Workday Prism features and industry trends. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Proficiency in Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Reporting, and tools like Tableau. - Experience in developing forecasting models and knowledge of mathematical modeling/regression analysis is preferred. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
