Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned

  Workday Financials workstreams

  from planning to deployment.
• Work independently to interpret and translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration.
• Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Identify risks/issues proactively and escalate as needed to avoid project delays.
• Deliver within project deadlines and ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials certification

  in one or more of:
• R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.

• Mandatory

  : Minimum

  2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch

  .
• Strong functional knowledge across Finance domains.
• Excellent client engagement, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in an

  independent capacity with little or no supervision

2. Experienced Consultant Workday Financials

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Financials solutions based on business and client requirements.
• Operate independently while supporting Leads in managing risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate actively in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials certification

  in one or more of:
• R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.

• Mandatory

• Maintain documentation and support knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials certification

  in one or more of:
• R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.

• Mandatory

  : Hands-on experience in at least

  1 full-cycle Workday Financials implementation from scratch
