Workday Integrations Lead

As a Workday Integrations Lead at Oaktree, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Workday integrations while serving as a technical leader within the team. Qualifications required for this role include: - 9+ years of relevant experience. - Proven experience in designing and delivering complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors. - Strong proficiency in Workday integration technologies and cloud-based integration patterns. - Experience with Workday Financials and HCM modules. - Familiarity with Azure integration technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, and Service Bus. - Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, including code review and coaching junior developers. - Experience leading a development team and managing a backlog of work in an Agile or iterative environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across technical teams and business stakeholders, including senior leadership. - Strong problem-solving skills, balancing technical detail and strategic business priorities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
