Job Description

As a Workday Integrations Lead at Oaktree, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Workday integrations while serving as a technical leader within the team. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Integration Design & Development: You will architect, design, and deliver robust and scalable Workday integrations, utilizing your expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs). - Technical Leadership: Conducting code reviews, setting development standards, and providing coaching and mentorship to junior developers to enhance the team's capabilities. - Team Leadership & Delivery Management: You will lead a team of Workday integration developers, manage a backlog of integration requests, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Collaboration & Partnership: Working closely with peer architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and integration strategies. - Stakeholder Engagement: Partnering with senior business and technology leaders to understand requirements, communicate solutions, and manage expectations effectively. - Continuous Improvement: Recommending and implementing best practices, tools, and processes to optimize integration development and operational efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include: - 9+ years of relevant experience. - Proven experience in designing and delivering complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors. - Strong proficiency in Workday integration technologies and cloud-based integration patterns. - Experience with Workday Financials and HCM modules. - Familiarity with Azure integration technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, and Service Bus. - Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, including code review and coaching junior developers. - Experience leading a development team and managing a backlog of work in an Agile or iterative environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across technical teams and business stakeholders, including senior leadership. - Strong problem-solving skills, balancing technical detail and strategic business priorities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred skills for this role include: - Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms, middleware technologies, and Azure integration services. - Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. - Cloud-native development experience and a passion for innovation, including experimenting with new tools and approaches. - Experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance integration design, automation, or analytics.
